Need more improvement for options available!

It is worthless. You do not get an notifications when a charge has been made to your account. You cannot check your account activity or even your account balance.

Its good for what its for, but hate that it takes you back to the main screen to log in, and doesnt forward you back to the view you were at.

App is very convenient and makes tracking rewards points easy.

You need to put more stores and why isnt Amazon on there? Except for that it is easy to use

Same issue as many others have alluded to. I am not able to sign in without needing to “update my contact information by calling Chase”, but found Chase support to be woefully inadequate (and unable to resolve my issue). I am extremely disappointed by both the app and Chase’s support for it.

Like others have said, it ask for contact info when its already on file. If you want app, download just plain old CHASE app. But even that is nothing compared to the Capital One apps

Any good app builder would have figured a fix to this major inconvenience by now. Why would Chase be associated with such an amateur-hour app?!?! UPDATE THE APP OR KILL IT, GENIUSES!

I like this app because it gives me easy access to my rewards points as well as redeeming them. It also gives me ease of access for activating my quarterly 5% bonus.

The title says it all. App is pretty but doesnt cut it for me. Needs more functionality, plus tying to sign in and add cards was a nightmare. Not what I expect from Chase.

Terrible web site and app. In fact, it is shockingly poor. I cant imagine how much Chase spends on IT and they subject their customers to this piece of sh*t technology.

Chase really need to work on it.

The app tells me to set up contact info before singing in by calling a number. The number leads to a cruise advertisement. Classy! Not. Get your UI/UX folks and developers to fix this, please. Otherwise, its useless.

Only been able to login and see my reward point balance. It has a search option for merchant gift cards but it does not work. Nothing shows up. Logging thru website is working fine but app has been a disaster after latest update.

Excellent App.

I am not sure why I am getting notify through this app for direct deposit. Please make sure notification enrollment is working fine. Also, when I activated rewards for next quarter, then tap on Ok, crashed the app. Apart from this excited to see how Chase Pay will work.
