Chase Pay® App Reviews

Major defect - the app requires you get a Verification Code every time it is used and not just upon initial setup. It does not remember being previously authorized. Even worse, it breaks the regular Chase app. Now I need to get a Verification Code each time I open the regular Chase app. Completely unacceptable. I have tried many times with different permutations of setting up and logging out, enabling Touch ID, deleting and reinstalling, etc. I will stop using my Chase accounts until this is corrected as I dont have the time to go through this annoying time consuming procedure each time I want to view my account.

This app is a very quick and easy app to get your available rewards from your credit card. The app is pretty and works great.

Runs smoother with latest update. Yet still has trouble being functional. Redeeming isnt as practical as its portrayed.

Good app makes things a lot easier when paying a friend because you forgot your wallet. Thanks!

Unlike another credit card companies I never could log in. Chase Customer service was fast, but probably people in China (according to the accent), never could fix the problem. They never knew what the problem was. A shame for a company like Chase. They should learn from Capital One, that app works with no problems.

This app has nothing I need, I wanted to see my balance etc. but nothing to see here

Visually the app sharp. But thats it. It lacks purpose and reason to be a standalone application. Monitor your rewards? Great. Pay merchants? Ok I guess. But these are features that alone do not make an app worthy.

Not sure why I need a separate app for just viewing rewards. Its an app for my credit card yet I cant even view my balance for the card? (If it is in this app, it isnt intuitive) Deliver me the VALUE. I can always redeem my rewards for statement credits - show me where it is worth my while to redeem with a merchant. Discover does the 5% activation the best way: Email, one tap, done.

I am very satisfied with this app. I find it easy to use. It does everything I need it to do and I recommend it.

Easy application to use. Fast and the different functions are seamless.

Its a great app for activation and checking your rewards. But please add the shop through chase feature. I still have to go to the website to do this.

Why i need this App? For everything i need to login in browser

I forgot all about the cash back rewards, so when I received an email reminding me to redeem, I was pleasantly surprised. Especially because I was broke! I was able to go grocery shopping, go out for lunch or dinner and even buy clothes! It was a life saver. The only thing I wish the app did was let me use my rewards through quick pay. Why have quick pay in app anyway? You cant even view your account balances. It doesnt make sense. Maybe the rewards program should be streamlined into the other chase app where I can see everything else?

Very simple and easy to use app. Would love to see more features like bill pay.

First time using the app & it worked great. Made it easy to redeem my rewards points !!!

This app is really nicely done and much more modern than the main Chase app. My only gripe is that when you stop offering gift cards for a certain store (i.e. Toy R Us) the logos on the previous cards for that store disappeared so I have to tap into them to see what store theyre for.
