Love remember in I have money to spend at Starbucks cause of my points converted!!

It keeps asking me contact information to receive confirmation number. I called Chase Bank and verified I definitely have every contact information needed. Still it wont let me sign in, even a single time. So I give up and delete it.

Keep trying to log in, tells me to call Chase to update information but every time I call them they have no idea what Im talking about and all my information is up to date and on file. A little ridiculous considering its telling me to call them yet they have no idea what Im talking about.

So easy to track your charges, redeem rewards, and transfer payments!!!!!

Wont let me sign-in. Just like the other reviews, I keep getting an error message about not having contact information on file. When I call the 1877 chasepc number, they have no clue as to what Im talking about. The instructional video is useless as it doesnt apply to the chase freedom card, only the banking.

I called Chase but I didn’t get any assistance because the person I spoke with said the four different addresses I gave her were not on file. I went ahead and delete3d the app. If Chase meant to make things easier for its customers it didn’t work.

The app doesnt show anything important and now I cant even delete it off my iPhone or open it. Dont download this
