Why do I need 2 separate apps for Chase? This one gives me mystery notification badges which cannot be found in the app.

I wanted to pay my bill and for some reason that is not even on the menu. Weird!

Sends push notifications alerts about your account that cut off, and the app itself doesnt give you a way to see them. Its a very disconcerting experience. I removed it.

Dont like it. Its not what I was expecting.

As IT professional, I tried to give them the benefit of doubt, by letting them to try and troubleshoot a simple issue. After having to call 2 times and going through the unnecessary re-route of calls. (Telling to call a specific number for app support, then taking you through a prompt menu that takes you to normal account support and then transfers you to tech support) Finally after going through this twice, I couldnt take it. I told them exactly what the issue was after they wasted over an hour of my and for them to tell me it is known/ongoing issue. Their escalation team is supposed to call back, and will tell me the same thing unless there is another update put in place. The issue is there is a glitch in their code that causes the app not to send the additional identity verification. When you speak to them it is very simple to send a re-route link to the email on file that allows the account to verify and open back in their app. All it is a hypertext link that has to be added through the mobile side of their application!!!!

This does nothing other than tell you what your rewards balance is. I would like it to show recent transactions and payments. Why waste your time?

This app has a nice layout but is completely useless due to a lack of functionalities - just get the chase mobile app.

Only useful feature of this app is to enroll in the 5% cash back each quarter. Cant do anything else that would be useful. Wish I could redeem rewards for things other than egift cards. No mobile app for ultimate rewards, Chase?? Seriously?

This app is crap. Cant view your statements, doesnt tell you your balances, no updates with any useful information, nor does is even show you your purchase history. I dont even understand the point of this app. The chase quick pay feature only allows you to pay requests, not send other users requests. No point to this app. Get with the 21st century, youre like, one of the most popular banks in this country. Maybe learn from Capital One of Amex. Both of their apps are awesome.

Very limited. Wanted to find Reward places for April, May, June quarter. Why was it under the "Redeem" section? I wanted to register for the next quarter, not redeem. And yes, there is no place to track activity. Chase, take a lesson from Am Ex.

I got this app to manage my credit card like I do with my other credit cards apps. Not a service that is offered. No bill pay, balance information, transaction history, or any account options except quick pay to merchants. Whats the point of this app?

The app wont let me log in. It sends an error code telling me to call chase because I havent provided contact information. I called and their response was "the app has bugs, use the chase mobile app instead." Why not fix the bugs if they know somethings wrong?!

The gift cards are a great way to use points.

Can only redeem for gift cards, cant redeem for direct deposit!! Why chase why??? I want cash not a Walgreens gift card. Are u guys just pretending to be stupid or are u really that stupid??

This is so nice to be on the go and find that u can use and redeem rewards on the go. Ive been saving on my Starbucks purchases with this and the stars. Keep them coming Chase Freedom

Love the app except it says to print the coupon to be able to use in the store and there isnt an option to print nor can you open it in safari so you can print. Other than that it is very useful.

App is worthless. Dont waste your time or storage
